The Tapper artist brothers’ home farm is the childhood home of sculptor and academic Kain Tapper, writers Harri Tapper and Marko Tapio and set designer Yrjö Tapper near Leuhunkoski rapids. In Juhola’s surroundings is a terrain route with signposts. Along the route are important places related to the brothers’ production and Matti Sanaksenaho’s work Tyhjä tila (Empty space). There are guided tours available for annually changing summer exhibitions in barn gallery Jarska. Entrance fee 3,50 €/person, more than 10 people groups 2,50 €. You can explore the terrain route free of charge. Open in 2015: 13 June – 16 August Sat-Sun 12 noon-4pm.
